
October 2021
Driven by his passion for science, Jayveer is determined to dedicate himself to research opportunities in his pursuit of knowledge. Thus, Jayveer authored an original research paper titled “Breathfree – Screening stress and anxiety from breathing pattern” which discusses the functioning and efficacy of an original device that monitors stress and anxiety levels through breathing patterns. In October 2021, he participated in the IRIS National Fair where he showcased this innovation and qualified for the National Rounds. Additionally, he also qualified as a Finalist in the Biology category at ST Yau in June 2022. In December 2021, the Breathefree breathing monitor also qualified to be showcased at the IIT Bombay Fest, where it was selected as one of the top 15 innovations in India.

April 2022
Jayveer also submitted his research paper discussing the innovation to IJournal in April 2022. Further, the innovative device was also selected to be showcased on the Inventors Challenge programme, airing on the Colors Infinity channel, where it reached the final round. Moreover, based on the device, Jayveer submitted a research paper, titled “Restrain your Bamboo Spine” to ST. Yau in June 2023 and qualified for the final round in both Biology and Mathematics categories. In June 2023, he was also shortlisted as a Finalist.

September 2022
Jayveer also started working on a project in September 2022 that aims to improve underwater communication amongst divers. He then submitted this project under the Embedded Systems category to IRIS 2022. The project was also showcased at the Kidnovator Challenge-2023 at the Kidpreneur Expo held in Mumbai, based on which he was shortlisted and offered an internship at the MUSO- Children’s first Experiential museum. Additionally, he also submitted this project to the ST Yau Science fair in June 2023, wherein he qualified for the second round in both categories – Biology and Mathematics.
