The developed prototype is a compact and wearable system consisting of two rectangular 3D printed enclosures fitted with force sensitive resistor sensors that measure chest and belly expansion in real time. The device operates wirelessly and transmits data to a computer via a Bluetooth dongle using serial communication. A custom Python program processes the incoming data and generates a detailed A4 sized infographic report. This report visualizes chest and abdominal breathing patterns, breathing consistency and flow, overall breathing rate, and the distribution of deep, shallow, and normal breaths, providing clear insights into an individual’s breathing behavior and potential stress levels.
